Fitting with Carbon Factory - Terms & Conditions
Carbon Factory now offers a professional fitting service for aftermarket vehicle modifications. To proceed, customers can send us a link to the desired products, and we will provide a tailored quotation.
1. Aftermarket Installations & Removals
Carbon Factory specializes in the installation of aftermarket vehicle parts. Customers should be aware that aftermarket installations may require drilling, adhesive bonding, or other fitting methods that could result in residual marks, holes, or adhesive residue if the parts are later removed. While we take every precaution to ensure a high-quality installation, we cannot guarantee that a vehicle can be returned to its original, pre-installation condition.
If a customer requests the removal of installed parts, Carbon Factory can assist with the removal at our premises. However, any necessary bodywork restoration (e.g., repainting, hole filling, or refinishing) is not covered by Carbon Factory and should be carried out by a professional body shop at the customer’s discretion and expense.
By proceeding with an installation, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
2. Fitment & Customer Responsibility
-
Customers are responsible for inspecting their vehicles before leaving our premises and confirming they are satisfied with the installation. Any concerns must be raised immediately, as Carbon Factory cannot accept liability for claims made after the vehicle has left our premises.
-
Customers acknowledge that aftermarket parts may not be a perfect fit and may require adjustments, modifications, or additional drilling to fit their specific vehicle.
-
If a customer chooses to remove or modify an installed part, they assume full responsibility for any cosmetic or functional impact on the vehicle.
3. Liability & Exclusions

Carbon Factory is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle that arises from the installation process, including but not limited to:

Residual adhesive or mounting marks left after part removal.

Any modifications, drilling, or alterations required for fitment.

4. Warranty & Product Defects
Carbon Factory stands by the quality of the products we supply and install. We provide a warranty for our products against manufacturing defects. If a customer believes a product is defective, they should contact Carbon Factory directly for a resolution.
Any installation concerns must be raised at the time of fitting. Once the vehicle has left our premises, we cannot be held responsible for defects, misalignment, or subsequent damage.
