Have recently purchased an M2 G87 I shopped around and brought my rear diffuser and rear spats from C T CARBON bad fitment not great customer service overall unhappy with C T I then came across CARBON FACTORY I visited there Northampton branch purchased the remaining parts including side sills lower bumper intakes from splitter and kidney grills some items were out of stock but came in bang on a week I’ve been back there today to have them installed and am very very happy with the whole process excellent customer service was kept up date all throughout the process the pre preg carbon is amazing quality and the fitting/fitment is 10/10 can’t speak highly enough of these guys they even knocked a small about of as I brought a few parts together will definitely never go anywhere else for any carbon bits fairly priced excellent guys and a pleasure to deal with can’t recommend them enough so if your in the market for any carbon pieces for any car look no further carbon factory are the No1 in the uk their reviews say it all so definite 5****^S from me thankyou lads 🤝

This is my second time purchasing from Carbon Factory. They are fairly local to me so both times I have purchased parts for pick up at their warehouse.

Both times I have experienced great communication via email and the staff have been very friendly in person. I also get a free small gift included with my purchases which is a nice touch.

I recently had a few excellent quality carbon aero parts supplied and fitted to my c63. Michael was right there leading up to this being very helpful over email and responding very quickly to every query I had. On the day of fitting, Lucas worked on the car with great attention to detail and care taken. The waiting room onsite was extremely comfortable and well equipped for my every need. I’d highly recommend using Carbon Factory and would not hesitate to return for more parts. My new carbon fibre splitter is amazing. The car looks finished compared to before and it makes the front look so much better. The service was also amazing. The team were responsive, very helpful and very reassuring. They couldn't do more to ensure the whole process was seamless from start to finish.

would definitely recommend ordered a front splitter. Side skirts & and rear diffuser for my F30 all arrived very quick and was packed very well.
